Returns & Refunds
Goods must be unopened, unworn and with all original hygiene seals intact.
How to return an item?
We offer our customers a 14 days return from the date of purchase, as long as the goods are unopened, unworn and with hygiene seals intact. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom and specially made items unless faulty, In which case we will act as an intermediary between you the customer and the manufacturer. In these circumstances we will abide by the manufacturers decision.
Damaged or Faulty Items
- Send an email to [email protected] . Stating the product, fault description and purchase date.
- You will receive an email back with a returns number, Please make sure this number is visible on the packaging. Any item received not displaying this number will be returned to you.
- The item will be tested and a final decision will be made regarding the product after testing.
- If the item is found to be faulty we will reimburse any postage costs along with either refunding or replacing your item.
PLEASE NOTE OUR POLICY DOES NOT ACCOUNT OR COVER FAULTS CASUED BY MISUSE, ACCIDENT OR NEGLECT.
Please note, due to our strict hygiene and health regulations, we cannot offer refunds on unwanted goods.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Distance Sales) Regulations 2003, The O Zone is required to issue you a refund with 14 days of receiving and confirmation of the returned goods.
Please note, refunds may take up to 5 working days before appearing in your account.
*If your refund deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, we are permitted to extend this to the next working day.
